Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No questions asked.
  • Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if you've used less than 5,000 words.
  • After cancellation, your account stays active until the end of your billing period.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no penalties, no fees, no hoops to jump through. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you'll keep access to everything you've paid for until then.

2. Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you've used fewer than 5,000 words during that period. This gives you enough time to test the service without risk.

To request a refund, email hi@humanizedraft.com with your account email. We process refunds within 5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.

Refunds are not available after the 7-day window, or if you've used more than 5,000 words.

3. How to Cancel

Cancelling is straightforward:

  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Click Subscription.
  4. Click Cancel.

That's it. No phone calls, no chat bots, no retention flows. If you run into any issues, email hi@humanizedraft.com and we'll cancel it for you.

4. What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your account stays fully active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After that, your account automatically downgrades to the free tier.
  • You won't lose your account — you can always upgrade again later.
  • We do not delete your account data upon cancellation unless you explicitly request it.
